The Grind
Built ROAVR Group from scratch, an arboricultural and ecological consultancy run out of Marr House in Inverness. Grew it nationwide with directly employed consultants. Hit the ceiling. Revenue grew, so did the chaos.

The Turning Point
Discovered AI and automation weren't toys. Started applying them inside ROAVR, automating workflows, building AI systems, removing myself from every decision. The business ran better without me in the weeds.

The Mission
Realised other business owners were stuck in the same trap. Launched Ai or Die to help 7-figure founders deploy AI practically. Started speaking. Wrote a best-selling book. Built Loqui-AI as a product.

Now
International speaker, tech founder, host of the Explore AI podcast (launching June 2026). Still running ROAVR, but it doesn't need me in the weeds anymore. Building in public. Sharing everything.
